“Diversity, equity and inclusion are being treated as dirty words. We have a problem with that, and not just because we are a soap company.” Hilary Jones, Lush Global Ethics Director On 24th January 2025, we renamed three of our bath bombs — Thermal Waves, Sakura and American Cream — to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the US.  This followed Executive Orders requiring federal agencies in the US to end DEI programming and commitments.  While this started as an issue specific to the United States, we have made the decision to change the names of these bath bombs globally as a simple but clear action affirming our support and belief in the value of diversity, equity and inclusion all over the world. When the cherry blossoms burst forth in springtime in Japan, it’s tradition to take a picnic to the park and enjoy the gorgeous, fragrant display. We've recreated this experience for your tub, simply lie back in serene waters while the delicate scents of mimosa and jasmine wash over you.
